change from the current directory to any other directory or subdirectory
using fewer keystrokes than with standard DOS commands.

Change 2.05 [CHANGE] (John W. Clinton, reg. fee: $25) allows you to make
global changes to the contents of files. Use it to change variables and
function names in programming code, correct mispelled words, etc.
Delimit 1.2 [DLIMITJC] (Jeff Carey, reg. fee: $25) scans columnar reports
which have been written to ASCII text files and extracts specified types of
data to an ASCII comma-delimited file.
Data Magic 1.0 [DMAGIC] (Magic Software, reg. fee: $0) allows you to
convert data files between virtually any ASCII file formats. It also allows
you to convert between fixed field and delimited formats. This demo is
limited to 8k files.
DS 1.0 [DS] (Jim Adkins, reg. fee: $15-25) allows you to manuever through
directories, view, copy, delete, move, and rename files, change file
attributes, duplicate files, and more.
FileDump 3.61 [FILED361] (Stanley R. Weiss, reg. fee: $15) is a file/record
dump/viewer/extract/search utility that allows viewing a file in ASCII,
HEX, or EBCDIC. Output can be sent to screen, printer, or disk file.
McFilemaster 1.01 [MCFILE] (Incisive Software, reg. fee: $15-35) searches,
copies and deletes based on specified attribute and time characteristics.
For example, you could copy to floppies all files created during the day
anywhere on your hard disk.
RDel 1.2 [RDEL] (Joseph M. Morgan, reg. fee: $0) searches for and deletes
every file that matches the file specification you provide. RDel can also
find and delete read only, system, and hidden files.
SuperCrypt 3.12c [SCRP312C] (Ed Marion, reg. fee: $66-71) allows you to
encrypt and decrypt any file. It also includes utilities for creating
keyboard macros, a DOS shell, screen blanker and more.
Split 3.0 [SPLIT_JM] (Joseph M. Morgan, reg. fee: $0) will split a large
file onto multiple diskettes and allow you to change diskette drives and
sizes in the process. For example, start with a 1.44MB and then go to a
1.22MB, 720K,360K, etc.
TbFence 1.0 [TBFENCE] (ESaSS B.V., reg. fee: $194) is a single- or multi-PC
file and data security system. It works in the background to encrypt data
copied to a floppy. It will not allow unencrypted files to be read, used or
copied to the hard drive without the use of a special utility which can be
kept under the control of a system administrator. This protects both
against theft of files from a hard disk and against introduction of
unauthorized, untested files to a hard disk.
TXT2EXE 1.1 [TXT2EXE] (John De Palma, reg. fee: $0) creates self-displaying
files from ASCII text files.
WipeOut 1.2 [WIPEOUT] (Steve Dunn, reg. fee: $0) will delete any file
beyond recovery, including read-only, hidden, and system files.
WordSmart 1.2 [WSMART12] (Lambert Klein, ASP; reg. fee: $18) is a text
reformatter that alters the length of lines in a plain text file by
stripping all CR/LFs from within the paragraphs.
XDel 1.1 [XDEL] (Joseph M. Morgan, reg. fee: $0) allows you to delete all
files matching a given filename mask with a list of exceptions. It can also
find and delete read-only, system, and hidden files.
ZCopy 1.5 [ZCOPYCB] (Chris Buijs, reg. fee: $0) will copy any directory or
file, including read-only, hidden, and system files, while preserving the
file date, time and attributes. It will also copy only files that are newer
or changed when prompted.
ZDel 2.51 [ZDEL_MP] (Marc Perkel, reg. fee: $20) is a file deletion utility
that can do queried deletes and delete files that are piped into it.
